Where are the events held?
Most events are at the Long Lake Regional Park located at 1500
Old Hwy 8. Just south of Beisswenger's Hardware. This venue is only used for Fri. Sat. and Sun. The
street dances, petting zoo, Idol Karaoke Contest, crafters & food vendors, finish of the Antique Car Run, Teen Tent, Car
Show, 5/10K Run and the Fireworks are all held here.
The New Brighton Eagles Club at 563 Old Hwy 8 hosts the Post
Parade Party, Idol Qualifying, Poker Run, Pancake Breakfast.
Veteran's Park, located ar 508 Old Hwy
8, behind City Hall, is the venue for the kiddie parade,movie night and softball tournament.

The parade
begins in front of St John's Church on 1st Ave. Heads west on 10th St. then turns south on Old Hwy 8. Turns
west on 8th St then south on 8th Ave where it meets Old Hwy 8 again and ends at the Oak Grove Housing Community.

99.9 percent
of the events are free. Sunday's Car Show is $4 (just $2 if you have a button). Entry fee for Idol Karaoke Contest
is $5, There is a $3 parking fee at Long Lake Park.
